If you place an order on our website, you have two payment options:
Reserve: Choose to pay later either at the pickup location or via an invoice before pickup.
Prepaid: Pay immediately using a credit card or e-transfer.
You’ll also have the option to select your preferred pickup location during checkout, and you’ll receive confirmation and reminders before your pickup date. If you haven’t placed an order yet, you can join our text list for updates if you want to know the location and schedule, so you can walk up and order there.
Our pickup locations are spread across Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Land Beyond. Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email with the specific pickup details. If you haven’t ordered yet, join our text list for updates here.
If you’ve prepaid, don’t worry your order will be rescheduled for the next available pickup, and you’ll receive an email with the updated schedule. If you haven’t placed an order yet, you can join our text list for more updates here
Yes! We always bring extra berries for walk-up customers, but pre-orders are given priority. To guarantee availability, we recommend pre-ordering, especially for high-demand fruits like Berries and Stone fruits.
If you placed your order online via our website, there’s no need to bring anything – just provide your name or email at pickup.
You can modify or cancel your order until a certain cutoff date (typically a few days before pickup). Instructions for changes are included in your order confirmation email.
If you’re at a different pickup location, just state the name you used when placing your order on our website. If you didn’t place your order online, you can simply walk up to any pickup location. For location and schedule updates, sign up here.

Our berries are not certified organic, but they are sourced from local farms in BC that follow sustainable growing practices. Our priority is freshness and quality, ensuring you get the best-tasting fruit possible.
Blueberries: 10-14 days in the fridge
Strawberries, Raspberries & Blackberries: 3-5 days
Peaches & Cherries: 5-7 days
For longer storage, you can always freeze your berries.
Yes! We transport all fruit in refrigerated trailers to keep them fresh during transit. However, berries are best stored in your fridge as soon as you get home.
